World War 2 Online Biography: Albert Speer Albert Speer was a member of the Nazi party during World War 2. He was the architect given the task of the reconstruction of Berlin. Later in the war, he was made Minister of Armaments by Adolf Hitler. He served 20 years in Spandau Prison after the Nuremburg Trials. During this period of time, he wrote his biography, Inside the Third Reich: The Biography of Albert Speer. |
